How long before is it necessary to book the trip?

Our suggestion is to book if possible in broad advance in order to allow us to reserve you the services in due time, especially for the high and peak season.

How do I book the trip?

To book your trip simply contact us by e-mail by writing to [email protected] We will answer you within a few hours. To understand your needs and develop a first draft of the itinerary with description and evaluation we need some essential information:

– name
– number of participants (indicate age aswell)
– nation / s in which you wish to travel
– travel dates, if already available, or indicative travel period
– language preference of the accompanying guide (Italian, English, Spanish, French, German, other)
– intercontinental flights details, if already available
– hotel category preference and type of accommodation (double, twin, triple, family room, interconnected rooms)
– if you wish to include the beach and minimum number of days
– type of travel (history and archeology, nature, mixed, other)

Indicating the available budget is certainly very useful to allow us to correctly and quickly identify the combination of services that best meet your needs.

Can we handle the request by our trusted travel agency?

Absolutely no problem on our side if you prefer to have your travel agency follow up the travel package instead of you.

Will we travel alone or in a group?

We are mainly focused on private tours, regardless of the number of participants, basing our offer on services dedicated to you for the duration of the tour to ensure a customised experience. We guarantee that under no circumstances will shared tours and / or excursions with other travellers take place unless clearly specified during the travel program development phase.

Is it possible to join another group to keep costs down?

Yes, but only in the event that we have an ongoing “open” group request similar to yours, for the same period and for the same destination, by travellers also eager to join others to contain costs. Tell us about this need in your e-mail request to see if we can join you on another tour.
If no “open” group tour is available, you can create one yourself. These requests are in fact included in a specific list and published on our group tour page awaiting acceptance by other participants.

Do you accept group bookings?

Certainly. We accept bookings for already formed groups, regardless of the number of participants, thus developing the offer as a private tour.

Can I customise my trip?

Absolutely yes. All our trips are customisable to suit your needs and preferences, both in terms of content and expense. On our site there are example itineraries to consider as such, combinable and customisable.

How does the payment take place?

It is normally divided into:
– confirmatory deposit by bank transfer upon acceptance of the offer
– balance, in cash on arrival (USD) or in advance by bank transfer, according to the agreed method
At your discretion it is also possible to proceed with the total balance upon confirmation.

However, depending on the specific circumstances, it may be necessary to consider alternative methods such as:
– Credit card / Paypal / Western Union for last minute requests or internal flights with reduced availability in order to block the most urgent services in time, without having to wait for the bank transaction who it might take several days.

In any situation it is our priority to agree with you the method that favors your needs and to contain the costs of the commissions.

What documents do I need to start with your trip?

The necessary documents vary depending on the destination country. Please consult the useful Information pages on our website for each destinations :
 

Is travel insurance included in the package?

We strongly suggest to all our travellers to provide to an insurance policy in advance with a good coverage. It is not included as default in our tour packages because you might have one already. In case you don’t have any insurance yet and you don’t know which one to consider for your trip we invite you to follow the suggestions on our page Travel Insurance.

How is delivery of travel documents done?

During the tour development phase we provide you with the travel program with all the necessary details that serves as both a document and a travel contract. If internal flights are scheduled after receiving the payment of the confirmatory deposit we proceed to issue the electronic tickets and we will send the copy by e-mail (although the printed copy of the ticket is not required).
As private tours, hotel vouchers are not as indispensable as reservations are made specifically on your name and it is therefore enough to show your passport at the reception of the hotel.

Can I make a change to the booking?

After the confirmation of the tour, further variations are possible, which must be considered in the specific case, also depending on how many days prior the tour, the compatibility of the services and the real logistic possibilities to implement the requested variation.

What If I change my mind after making the purchase?

After the confirmation the tour can be canceled, of course. The refund amount of any payments already made is according to our policy written in the travel program. However, it is our highest priority to the greatest possible refund.
In any case, we advise all our travelers to provide a travel cancellation insurance policy in advance.
