We advise you to book well in advance to ensure the services are available, especially during peak season
How do I book the trip?
To book your trip, please contact us by e-mail at info@inasiatravel.com. We will reply within a few hours. To understand your needs and develop a first draft of the itinerary with a description and a quotation, we require some essential information:

– name
– number of participants (indicate age as well)
– nation / s in which you wish to travel
– Travel dates, if available, or approximate period of the trip
– language preference for the tour guide (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, other)
– intercontinental flights details, if already available
– hotel category preference and type of accommodation (double, twin, triple, family room, interconnected rooms)
– whether you would like to include a beach stay and how many days this should be
– type of travel (history and archeology, nature, mixed, other)

Including your budget is very useful to help us to quickly and properly identify the combination of services that best meet your expectations.

Is it possible to have the request handled by our trusted travel agency?
If you prefer to have your travel arrangements handled by your own travel agency, that’ s no problem at all.
Will we travel alone or in a group?
We are mainly focused on private tours, regardless of the number of participants, basing our offer on services dedicated to you for the duration of the tour to ensure a customised experience. We guarantee that under no circumstances will shared tours and / or excursions with other travellers take place, unless clearly specified during the travel program development phase.
Can I join another group to keep costs down?
Yes, but only in the event that we have an ongoing “open” group request similar to yours, for the same period and for the same destination, by travellers also eager to join others to contain costs. Please indicate this requirement in your e-mail request to see if we can add you to another group.
If no “open” group tour is available, you can create your own. Requests for group tours are posted on the group tour page, pending the arrival of other participants.
Do you accept group bookings?
Yes, of course. We accept bookings from existing groups, regardless of the number of participants, thus developing the offer as a private tour.
Can I customise my trip?
Absolutely yes. All our trips are customisable to suit your needs and preferences, both in terms of content and expense. On our website there are sample itineraries that can be combined and customised.
How does the payment work?
It is normally divided into:
– confirmatory deposit by bank transfer upon acceptance of the offer
– balance, in cash on arrival (USD) or in advance by bank transfer, according to the agreed method
Total balance at the time of confirmation is also possible at your discretion.

However, depending on specific circumstances, alternative methods may need to be considered such as Credit card / Paypal / Western Union on last minute bookings or domestic flights with limited availability to secure services in time.

Regardless of the situation, it is our priority to agree with you on the most suitable solution to meet your needs and keep commission fees low.

What essential documents do I need to take?

Is travel insurance included in the package?
Travel insurance is not included in your package as you may already have a personal insurance policy. If you do not have one, or if you do not have any references, we suggest you consult the page Travel Insurance on our website containing the details of the insurance company we are affiliated with, recommended to all our travellers for its efficiency, wide coverage and competitive prices.

We encourage all our travellers to take out an insurance policy with a good maximum coverage in advance.

How are travel documents issued?
During the development of the tour, we send you the travel programme with all the details you need, which can be used as a travel document and travel contract. If domestic flights are scheduled, once we receive the deposit payment we issue the e-tickets and send you the copy by e-mail. As these are electronic tickets, you only need to show up at the airport with your passport. Private tours do not require hotel vouchers. As hotel reservations are made under your name, showing your passport at the front desk is sufficient.
Can I make a change to the booking?
Following confirmation of the tour, further changes are permitted. However, these must be examined on a case-by-case basis, considering the number of days left before the tour starts, the compatibility of the services required and the availability of the requested changes.
What If I change my mind after making the purchase?
You may cancel your trip after you have confirmed your tour. Refunds of any payments already made are processed according to our policy stated in the travel programme. However, it is our top priority to make sure that you get as much refund as possible. We strongly recommend that all our travellers take out travel cancellation insurance in advance.
