A full day classic itinerary to the most significant temples at Angkor archaeological site following a path designed to highlight the historical and artistic aspect of the great Kingdom of Angkor.

Visit Angkor Wat, the largest religious structure in the world covering an area of 2 million square meters, and Ta Prohm temple, one of the most fascinating, still surrounded by huge age-old trees.

Discover the group of temples within the “Great City” Angkor Thom : Bayon, known for the 216 stone faces above the 54 sanctuaries, the Elephants Terrace where once stood the Throne Room, the Leeper King Terrace, the Phimeanakas temple and the Preah Palilay temple. If time permits we may add more visits during the day.

This itinerary can be customised based on your actual travel needs and can be extended and combined to other tours.

01. ANGKOR ARCHEOLOGICAL SITE

Angkor Wat, Siem Reap East Gate Angkor Wat

Pickup at the airport or at your hotel.

In the morning visit to the archaeological site at the most iconic Angkor Wat temple, the largest religious building in the world, and the most picturesque Ta Prohm surrounded by the huge roots of centennial trees.

During the afternoon we visit the temples complex of “The Great City” Angkor Thom, where Bayon temple stands out for his distinctive feature: 216 giant stone faces which jut out from the 54 towers.

Drop off at your hotel (or airport transfer).
