01. ARRIVE IN SIEM REAP
Welcome by our staff upon your arrival at Siem Reap international airport. Transfer to the hotel.

02. ANGKOR ARCHEOLOGICAL SITE
Preah Khan Temple
We begin the journey with the visit to Angkor archaeological site. Our selection of the most important temples certainly includes the oldest sanctuaries such as the Prasad Kravan, the Pre Rup mountain temple, the fascinating “citadel of women” Banteay Srei known for its delicate bas-reliefs.
Visit the Buddhist temples Ta Som, modest in size but extremely fascinating, Neak Pean, the representation of Anavatapta, a mythical lake in the Himalayas whose waters are thought to cure all illness, and Preah Khan, “The Great Sword”, built on the field of the last battle of Jayavrarman VII for the reconquest of the Kingdom invaded by the Champa Empire.

03. ANGKOR ARCHEOLOGICAL SITE

After breakfast we continue the visits to the archaeological site at the best known Angkor Wat temples, the largest religious building in the world, the most picturesque Ta Phrom wrapped in the huge roots of centennial trees, and the group of temples of “The Great City” Angkor Thom where stands out the Bayon temple known for the 216 giant stone faces that overhang the 54 towers.

04. FLOATING VILLAGE AND BEANG MELEA TEMPLE

Today an extraordinary visit to one of Cambodia’s most authentic and least touristy floating villages awaits us to observe the authentic lifestyle and traditions of the fishermen on Tonle Sap lake. We reach Kompong Kleang village and embark for an excursion in the canal lined with houses on stilts and houseboats. A unique experience that takes us back in time.
In the afternoon we enter the fascinating and adventurous ruins of the Beang Melea temple completely surrounded by the forest

05. TRANSFER TO BATTAMBANG
Banteay Chhmar temple
Early in the morning we leave Siem Reap province in the direction of Battambang, the second largest city in Cambodia. During the transfer you cannot miss a visit to another unmissable masterpiece of Khmer architecture, the temple of Banteay Chhmar.
Once in Battambang we explore the town around the area including the local market.

06. BATTAMBANG

After breakfast explore Battambang like a local. Visit Ek Phnom temple built in the 11th century. Along the way we pass through enchanting rural landscapes. Stop at the local house to learn about the production of “rice discs” used to prepare the delicious spring rolls.
Continue to Prasad Banan, the Angkorian temple on the top of the hill climbing the staircase of 358 steps.
In the afternoon we experience the thrill of the “bamboo train” to immerse ourselves in the Cambodian countryside aboard a motorized bamboo platform on the tracks of the old railway.
We conclude the day with the extraordinary visit to the cave of Phnom Sampeu to observe the incredible spectacle of a thick column of bats that pours from a cave at the top every evening at 17.30 to their feeding areas near Tonlé Sap.

07. TRANSFER TO PHNOM PENH
Oudong Monastery
We continue our journey to the capital Phnom Penh. The long transfer allows us to observe the lifestyle of the Khmer people engaged in traditional activities. We stop in Pursat to visit the sandstone workshops, and in Kompong Chhnang to the village of terracotta works.
In the afternoon we visit Oudong Monastery, the largest in the nation, located in the previous capital of the Kingdom of Cambodia. We go up the hill to admire the sacred stupas that preserve the relics of the Buddha and the incredible panorama.

08. VISIT PHNOM PENH
Throne Hall – Royal Palace
Let’s explore the charming capital Phnom Penh, once known as the “Pearl of Asia,” one of the loveliest French-built cities in Indochina in the 1920s.
Despite growing urbanization it still retains the spirit of the traditional Khmer lifestyle. We visit the Royal Palace where the Throne Hall and the Silver Pagoda stand out. Tuol Sleng genocide museum is certainly worth a visit, witnessing the dramatic period of the Khmer Rouge regime.
We conclude the day at the suggestive and colourful local market.

09. KOH RONG ISLAND

Transfer to Sihanoukville pier and catch the speedboat to Koh Rong Island, the second largest island in Cambodia.
After settled at you resort enjoy a free time to relax along a white-sand beach or explore the area.
